Furniture is included up to $500 per room, is assembled, and is for the client to keep. Decor is included with no budgetary restrictions, but is up to the Flip48 team's discretion as to what is purchased for the flip. Any furniture components exceeding the $500 per room allowance are the responsibility of the homeowner; however, these costs will be included in the final quote before moving forward.
We do not guarantee any specific financial results. We do not warranty our products, but we do warranty our work for up to 30 days. Because we do not warranty work that results from normal wear and tear, we do not warranty any furniture or decor. Any faucets, fixtures, or other components that come with factory warranties must be submitted through the company. The client will be left with all inserts for all products purchased for the home.
If this is a business, this counts as a write-off for your business expenses, and you can do so by having us fill out a 1099 for your tax return.
